Donald Raecke, Beach Court, Salthill, Galway, and formerly of Duelmen, Germany, passed away peacefully on November 23rd, 2024, surrounded by his loving wife Fiona, children, and extended family and friends.
Donald’s Family Details
Predeceased by his parents Wolfgang and Helga Raecke, and father-in-law Myles O’Malley, Donald will be dearly missed by his heartbroken wife Fiona, children Rachel and Karl, stepsons Steven and Philip, daughter-in-law Natalie, grandchildren Dexter and Archie, loving brothers Guenter and Gerd, mother-in-law Glenys, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, extended relatives, neighbours, and dear friends and carers.
May his gentle soul rest in peace.
Funeral Details:
Reposing at the O’Flaherty Funeral Parlour, Munster Avenue (H91V1K8) on Wednesday, November 27 from 4.30 p.m. until 6.30 p.m. Removal from his home to arrive at St. Mary’s Church, The Claddagh in advance of Requiem Mass therein on Thursday, November 28, 2024 at 12 noon. Following Mass, he will be laid to rest in Rahoon Cemetery.
