It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Eithne Keary (née Tormey), who passed away suddenly on December 7, 2024. Eithne was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, and her passing has left a profound impact on all who knew her.
Eithne was the loving wife of the late Nicky and devoted mother of Cora, Marie, Fionnula, Niamh, Nicola, Ken, Róisín, Paul, and Brian. She was predeceased by her brother Frank and will be deeply missed by her heartbroken children, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, grandchildren, brother Joe, sister Marg, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, nieces, nephews, and all extended family, neighbours, and friends.

Eithne’s family invites you to join them in celebrating her life and paying their respects. Reposing at her family home on Wednesday, December 11, from 3:30 pm to 8 pm. Removal on Thursday morning, December 12, to the Church of Our Lady of Good Counsel, Whitechurch, Ballyboden, D16 W263, arriving for 10:30 am Mass, followed by burial in Bohernabreena Cemetery.
