It is with profound sadness that we announce the sudden and untimely passing of Michael Qualter, Prospect, Maree, Oranmore, Co. Galway, on January 20th, 2024. Predeceased by his father Mattie, Michael’s departure has left an unfillable void in the lives of his loved ones.
Michael’s family, including his mother Ann, brothers Simon and Declan, sister Annette, sisters-in-law Orla and Karen, brother-in-law Shane, and nieces and nephews Emily, Fiadh, Billy, Wendy, Páidí, and Eála Kate, will deeply miss his kind and gentle nature. His relatives, neighbours, and a large circle of friends will also mourn the loss of this thoughtful and compassionate individual.
Funeral Arrangement
Michael’s family wishes to extend their heartfelt gratitude to Dr. McDonagh, Arlington House, Oranmore, and the medical staff of UHG and St. James’s Hospital, Dublin, for their exceptional care and support.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Irish Cancer Society would be a fitting tribute to Michael’s memory.
