It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Elizabeth (Betty) Mooney (née Glanville), Finglas, Dublin. Betty departed this life peacefully at The Mater Hospital, surrounded by her loving family, leaving behind a legacy of love, devotion, and cherished memories that will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Betty was the beloved wife of John and cherished mother of Angelina and Philip. She was predeceased by her darling infant grandson Justin. Her passing leaves a great void in the lives of her loving family, including her husband, children, grandchildren Daryl, Louise, and Jack, great-granddaughter Maelyn, daughter-in-law Christine, brother Michael, brother-in-law Noel, extended family, neighbours, friends, and all who knew and loved her.
Betty’s family and friends will deeply miss her love, kindness, and generosity. Her legacy of devotion and care will continue to inspire and guide us.
Funeral Arrangement of Elizabeth (Betty) Mooney (née Glanville)
Reposing at Michael Doyle Funeral Home on Tuesday, the 25th, from 11 am, Betty’s remains will be removed later to Glasnevin Crematorium, arriving for a 1:30 pm Funeral Service.
May Betty rest in eternal peace. Her love, devotion, and legacy will never be forgotten.
