It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Rita Finn (née Hughes), Moy Road, Kinvara, Galway. Rita departed this life peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, under the wonderful care and support of the staff at Kilcolgan Nursing Home.
Rita was predeceased by her husband Richie. Her passing leaves a great void in the lives of her loving family, including her daughters Theresa, Mary, Bernadette, and Eileen, sons Gerard and Richard, sons-in-law John Lally, Dave, Robert, and Dave, daughters-in-law Angela and Mandy, twenty-nine grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, all her nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours, and friends.
Rita’s family and friends will deeply miss her love, kindness, and generosity. Her legacy of devotion and care will continue to inspire and guide us.
Funeral Arrangement of Rita Finn (née Hughes)
Reposing at the Corless Funeral Home, Kinvara, on Monday evening, February 24th, from 5 pm, with removal at 7 pm to St. Colman’s Church, Kinvara. Requiem Mass will be held on Tuesday, February 25th, at 11:00 am, followed by interment in Mount Cross Cemetery.
