It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Bobby (John) Burton, Tennis Upper, Valentia Island, Kerry. Bobby departed this life peacefully on February 21st, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of love, devotion, and cherished memories that will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Bobby will be dearly missed by his loving wife Helen, his mother Cathy, the Regan and Wnek families USA, the Burton family Swansea, and the O’Sullivan family Valentia Island, as well as his neighbors and many good friends.
Bobby’s family and friends will deeply miss his love, kindness, and generosity. His legacy of devotion and care will continue to inspire and guide us.
Funeral Arrangement of Bobby (John) Burton
Reposing at Daly’s Funeral Home, Cahirciveen, on Monday, February 24th, from 6 pm until 8 pm, followed by removal to the Church of St. Dorarca and St. Teresa, Chapeltown, arriving at 8:30 pm.
Funeral Mass on Tuesday, February 25th, at 11 am, followed by burial in Cill Mhór Cemetery.
No flowers, please. Donations in lieu to Valentia Community Hospital.
