It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Effie Armitage, Main Street, Borrisokane, Tipperary, and formerly of Dublin. Effie departed this life in the care of the wonderful staff of the Manor Nursing Home, Nenagh.
Effie was the eldest daughter of the late Ted and Olive. She was predeceased by her siblings James, Bertie, Anne, and Mildred, and her nephew William.
Effie will be deeply regretted and fondly remembered by her brother Ernie, sister May, and her Armitage, Clarke, and McCormick nieces and nephews, extended family, kind friends, and neighbors.

Funeral Arrangement of Effie Armitage
Reposing in Borrisokane Methodist Church on Tuesday evening, February 25th, from 5 pm to 7 pm, followed by a service of prayer. Funeral service on Wednesday at 2:30 pm, followed by burial afterwards in Modreeney Cemetery.
Family flowers only, please. Donations, if desired, to Milford Hospice.
