It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Adrian Scanlon, “Greenvalley House,” Ballymacdonnell, Currans, Farranfore, Co. Kerry. Adrian departed this life peacefully in his sleep on March 29th, 2025.
Adrian will be deeply missed by his loving fiancée, Aoife, his adored son, Seán, his heartbroken parents, James and Mary, brother Séamus, sisters Noreen, Mary Ellen, and Noelle, brothers-in-law Allan and Colm, Noreen’s partner Bernard, sister-in-law Oonagh, nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles, relatives, neighbors, and a large circle of friends.
May Adrian’s gentle soul rest in peace.
Reposing at Tangney’s Funeral Home, Church Street, Castleisland, on Monday evening from 5 pm to 7 pm. Removal from his residence at Ballymacdonnell on Tuesday morning at 10:30 am, arriving at the Church of St. Therese and St. Colmcille, Currans, for Requiem Mass at 11 am. Burial afterwards in Ardcrone Cemetery, Currans.
The Mass will be livestreamed on the Killeentierna Churches Facebook Page.
