It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Ciarán Rohan, Dromclough, Listowel, Kerry. Ciarán departed this life peacefully on February 21st, 2025, in the wonderful care of the Palliative Care Unit, University Hospital Kerry.
Ciarán was predeceased by his parents Batt and Margaret, brothers Seán and Colm, sister Maura, and sister-in-law Maisie. His passing leaves a great void in the lives of his loving family, including his wife Anne, son Bartholomew, daughters Margaret and Sinead, son-in-law Mark, daughter-in-law Noreen, grandchildren Daniel, Niall, Shauna, Jamie, Niamh, Aileen, Fiona, Liam, and Maura, sisters-in-law Lal and Mary, niece Martina, cousins, extended family, neighbours, and friends.
Ciarán’s family and friends will deeply miss his love, kindness, and generosity. His legacy of devotion and care will continue to inspire and guide us.
Funeral Arrangement of Ciarán Rohan
Reposing at Lyons Funeral Home, Derry, Listowel, on Sunday afternoon, February 23rd, from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm, Ciarán’s funeral will arrive at The Church of Our Lady of Fatima and St. Senan, Irremore, on Monday morning at 11:15 am. The Requiem Mass for Ciarán will be celebrated at 11:30 am, live-streamed on (http://irremorechurch.com/), followed by burial afterwards in Kilshenane Cemetery, Tralee Road, Listowel.
