It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Caitríona Ní Chonghaile, who peacefully departed this life on Sunday, December 8, 2024, at her home in Inis Oírr, Aran Islands, Galway, surrounded by her loving family.
Caitríona was predeceased by her father Thomas Mhary Hogan and Cathal Tierney (Brid’s husband). She will be deeply missed by her loving mother Annie, sisters Máire (husband Ja), Bríd, and Mairéad, brothers Peadar (wife Trish), Tomás, Gearóid, and Michéal (wife Sara), her uncles and aunts, nieces and nephews, extended family, and friends.
Chonghaile’s Funeral Arrangement – RIP Galway Death Notices Today
Reposing at home on Tuesday, December 10, from 2 pm to 5 pm. Removal from her home on Tuesday to be received at Séipeal Mhuire at 8 pm.
Her funeral mass will be on Wednesday, December 11, at 12:30 pm, followed by burial in Teampeall Chaomháin.
May the Lord grant her eternal peace.
