It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Marie Curley (née Doorly), who peacefully departed this life at her home in Kiltormer, Ballinasloe, Galway, surrounded by her loving family and under the wonderful care of the East Palliative Care team.
Marie was recently predeceased by her loving husband Seamus of 67 years, as well as her brothers Raymond, Dennis, and Frank. She will be deeply missed by her sons Jim and Francis, daughters Monica and Mary, daughters-in-law Geraldine and Mary, and son-in-law Sean, grandchildren and great-grandchild, nephews, relatives, neighbours, and friends.
Marie’s gentle soul will rest in peace, and her memory will be cherished by all who knew her.
Curley’s Funeral Arrangement – RIP Galway Death Notices
Reposing in the Kiltormer Community Sports Complex (H53, P653) on Tuesday, December 10, from 4:30 pm–7 pm. Removal from the family home for 12 noon Requiem Mass on Wednesday, December 11, in St. Patrick’s Church, Kiltormer (H53DK33). Burial afterwards in the local cemetery.
Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, to the Galway Hospice Foundation.
