It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Duncan West, Dominic Street, Portumna, Galway, formerly of Birr, Co. Offaly, and Dublin. Duncan departed this life peacefully but unexpectedly on Wednesday, February 19th, 2025, in the wonderful care of the staff of Portiuncula Hospital, Ballinasloe, Co. Galway.
Duncan was predeceased by his mother Olga, father Thomas, and brother William. His passing leaves a great void in the lives of his loving family, including his brothers Tomas and Angus, daughters Derval and Niamh, nieces Sarah and Anna, and former spouse Annemarie.
Duncan’s family and friends will deeply miss his love, laughter, and legacy. His impact on the lives of those who knew him will never be forgotten.
Funeral Arrangement of Duncan West
A private cremation will take place in Mount Jerome Crematorium, Dublin, and Duncan will be laid to rest with his parents.
