Joe Cooley RIP Galway: It is with very deep sadness that we announce the passing of Joe Cooley, Rinn, Oranmore, Galway, and formerly of Wellpark. Joe passed away peacefully in The Galway Hospice, surrounded by his loving family, after a long illness borne with great courage and dignity.
Joe will be deeply missed by his loving family, including:
- His loving wife Eileen (née Grogan)
- His mother Mary
- Sister Geraldine
- Brother John and his wife Marguerite
- Niece Cathy and her husband Paul
- Nephew Shane and his wife Bal
- Grandnieces Lauren and Caitlín
- Brothers-in-law Tommy and Terry
- His extended family, neighbours, and a wide circle of friends
May Joe’s Kind and Gentle Soul Rest In Peace.
Reposing in Tearmainn Mhuire (H91 XC61) in the grounds of The Church of the Immaculate Conception, Oranmore on Monday the 25th of November from 4:30 pm. Removal at 6:30 pm to the adjacent church, in time for the 7 pm Mass.
Joe’s Requiem Mass will take place on Tuesday the 26th of November at 12 noon. Funeral afterwards to Rinville Cemetery.
