It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Margaret (Peggy) Hickey (née Tangney), Countess Grove, Killarney, Kerry, and formerly of Gerahmeen, Black Valley, Beaufort. Peggy departed this life peacefully on January 21st, surrounded by the wonderful care of the staff of Killarney Nursing Home.
Peggy was the beloved wife of Timmy and will be deeply missed by her brother Bobby, sister-in-law Mary, nieces Maria and Martina, nephews Kieran and Owen, grand-nieces, grand-nephews, relatives, neighbours, and many friends. Predeceased by her sister Maureen, Peggy’s legacy will live on through the countless lives she touched.

Funeral Arrangement Of Peggy
Reposing at O’Shea’s Funeral Home on Thursday, January 23rd, from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm, Peggy’s funeral will proceed to St. Mary’s Cathedral, followed by Requiem Mass on Friday at 12:00 noon. Burial will take place afterwards in Killarney Burial Ground.
