It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Michael (Mike) Dillane, Ballinorig, Causeway, Kerry, and formerly of Glasheen, Cork. Mike departed this life peacefully on February 22nd, 2025, in the excellent care of University Hospital Kerry, leaving behind a legacy of love, devotion, and cherished memories that will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Mike was the son of the late John and Josie. He will be deeply regretted by his sisters, Marie Curtin (Kildare) and Betty (Cork), brother-in-law Dan, cousins, kind neighbors, and many friends.
Mike’s family and friends will deeply miss his love, kindness, and generosity. His legacy of devotion and care will continue to inspire and guide us.
Funeral Arrangement of Michael (Mike) Dillane
Reposing at Casey’s Funeral Home, Causeway, on Monday, February 24th, from 6 pm to 7:30 pm. Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Mike on Tuesday at 1 o’clock in The Sacred Heart Church, Kilmoyley, livestreamed on the provided link, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
