It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Sandra Richardson (née Collins), Balbriggan, Dublin. Sandra departed this life peacefully on February 21st, 2025, surrounded by her loving family, leaving behind a legacy of kindness, love, and devotion that will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Sandra was predeceased by her adoring husband William. She will be very sadly missed by her daughters Linda and Lisa, sons-in-law Stephen and Mark, cherished grandchildren Will, Nell, Ed, and Nan, her loving sisters Anne and June, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, and her many good friends.
Sandra’s family and friends will deeply miss her love, kindness, and generosity. Her legacy of devotion and care will continue to inspire and guide us. As the poem so beautifully says, “A life made beautiful by kindly deeds, a helping hand for others’ needs. To a beautiful life, comes a happy end, she died as she lived, everyone’s friend.”
Funeral Arrangement of Sandra Richardson (née Collins)
Reposing at her residence on Tuesday, February 25th, and Wednesday, February 26th, strictly from 6 pm-8 pm. Removal on Thursday morning to the Church of SS. Peter and Paul, Balbriggan, arriving for Funeral Mass at 11 am, followed by burial in St. Peter and Paul’s Cemetery, Balbriggan.
